Having around four decades of experience in the industry and witnessing its rapid growth allowed Al Asab to underpin its presence in the construction industry. Al ASAB is leading in all kinds of earthworks, site preparation works & building works. AL ASAB owns a large fleet of plant, equipment, and machinery, including bulldozers, excavators, wheel loaders, articulated dump trucks, motor graders, trailers, cranes, jcbs, and a host of other construction equipment, totaling 700 numbers approx.

Infrastructure Works

Specialized in EPC execution of Road Construction projects, Al Asab has a long list of projects executed under its name for various Clients in different countries. With its ability to install smart fences, Al Asab adds another set of experience in protecting the assets along with other infrastructure works like earth filling and land development. Al Asab also provides its services to Tank Construction companies with its expertise in the erection of sub-structures and foundations.

Al Asab has broad experience in site preparation, earthmoving, land development, and reclamation works and these activities proudly occupy a reputable space in Al Asab’s impressive portfolio. Al Asab’s impressive fleet of own construction equipment and a sizeable workforce has always dwarfed the project requirements. From ADNOC to various government and private clients, Al Asab has provided its expertise to a long list of projects and is counting.

Al Asab has executed various road construction projects in the past four decades. Our clients database range from Oil & Gas sector to municipal authorities in both governments as well private domain. Having its fleet of construction equipment has underpinned Al Asab’s capability to execute the projects conforming to the client’s schedules. Al Asab also has installed ‘smart fences’ for enhanced security alongside the perimeter road for CICPA.

Buildings & Villas

Growing ground-up, Al Asab graduated from sub-structure construction to super-structure construction over time and has completed various buildings and residential villas which are successfully performing their functions in present time. Under this domain, Al Asab has largely executed projects for ADNOC and other private clients. The control buildings for ADNOC have been the turn-key projects where Al Asab has provided the complete building services including HVAC and the gate access-control system installation.

Control Stations in ADNOC facilities

Al Asab has installed many of Control Stations in ADNOC facilities in the UAE. Al Asab has always been one stair up of the stringent demands of the Oil and Gas specification and the same has been visible in the last executed projects. The stations are now running under full capacity with ADNOC. Al Asab has provided a completed building solution by including complete E&I works for building automation on the HVAC system and Building Access Control system.

To cater to fulfill a wider spectrum of services, Al Asab designs and builds residential facilities including Villas for private Clients. Al Asab has executed a supply of 6 residential villas in past to its private Client. The non-commercial structure construction includes religious places like Mosques as well.
